Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with SharePoint Administrator expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in information management and document control within a SharePoint environment. You will be responsible for both business analysis activities and administering SharePoint, focusing on enhancing workflows, metadata, and managing site libraries. Key Responsibilities:Administer SharePoint features including web parts, workflows, metadata, sites, and libraries. Assist in document/information migrations and manage document control within SharePoint. Provide SharePoint support to end users, acting as a super user or SharePoint Administrator. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and play back insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, asset performance, engineering & design, and telecoms. Ensure the smooth integration of SharePoint with other enterprise applications. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective scope control and expectation management. Information Management:Proven experience as a document controller or records officer in a SharePoint environment. SharePoint Expertise:In-depth knowledge of SharePoint administration and end-user support. Workshop Facilitation:Strong experience in facilitating workshops to gather requirements and drive project objectives. Technical Acumen:Ability to understand complex technical concepts at a high level and translate them into business terms. Cross-functional Collaboration:Experience working across departments such as infrastructure, asset performance, and engineering. Stakeholder Management:Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and scope management skills. Previous experience in the utilities, energy, or electricity industries.
