We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic Student Systems and Business Support team and provide operational assistance to business areas and users of corporate systems.
As a Business Analyst you will provide support to University stakeholders by reviewing their business processes, uncovering areas of improvement and implementing impactful improvements. You will also work collaboratively with business areas to integrate student data into Curtin programs and systems. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects assisting staff and students, as well as high profile university wide projects.

In this role, you will: Collaborate with University stakeholders to understand business problems and objectives and then determine the requirements necessary to achieve goals. Prepare detailed documentation, mapping business needs and requirements. Facilitate design sessions with relevant specialists to develop technical solutions. Determine effective and appropriate practices while managing projects to ensure high quality services. We are looking for (the ideal candidate): Demonstrated experience reviewing and analysing business processes and identifying business improvements. Highly developed organisational and project management skills. High level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience or knowledge on the Agile methodology (highly desired). Experience using student enrolment systems such as Student One (highly desired).
