We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the following two projects,
• Implementation of a new Asset Management system
• Implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management module
• Proven experience in planning and implementing asset management and/or Pronto ERP system. With a solid understanding of people, process and technology inputs required through the project lifecycle for successful implementation.
• Lead the gathering, validating, and documenting of Fleet and Asset Management system requirements and business process mapping and assist the project manager with implementation planning.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
• Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
• Support system implementation by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of UAT test cases and facilitate execution of UAT testing by end users.
• Willingness to travel when required
• Collaborative, flexible, and proactive personality who is accepting of taking direction from the project manager and capable of multi-tasking if required.
• Strong communication, engagement, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to remain composed and calm in any circumstance.
