Creating bonds and connections between people and communities across Australia, Compass Group's corporate footprint is designed for people, the planet, and communities in which we work to thrive now and long into the future.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the CGA Commercial teamTHE POSITIONProvide support in ensuring the business has access to reliable, accurate and timely data that is easily accessible, effectively communicated to a diverse audience across multiple levels of the businessCreate reports for internal teams that will provide daily/weekly information with accompanying commentaryCollaborate with team members to collect and analyse dataIdentifying data sources and the collection of data and review the integrity of the data.Organising data into usable formatsSetting up data infrastructureDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining databasesAssessing quality of data and removing or cleaning dataGenerating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patternsPreparing reports and presentations for executive, project teams and client meetingsCreating visualisations of dataIdentifying and mitigating potential risksMake recommendations on process and systems improvements to streamline and support operationsTHE PERSONA Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExperience working with and influencing senior decision makersExperience handling and analysing complex, high volume data with excellent attention to detailPresentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex idea in a way that is easy to understandExtensive knowledge and experience of MS Office products, with advance Excel skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teamsAbility to support site-based personnel on remote mine sites during regular site visitsAbility to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skillsTHE BENEFITSPaid parental leaveMultiple salary packing options to make your dollar go furtherEasy access to 100+ retail discountsOpportunity to grow your career and further develop your skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
