Business Analyst

We're on the hunt for a talented Business Analyst to join our client's team, where you'll dive into offering hands-on functional and technical support to fuel the business's day-to-day operations.
About the role: Utilize support software to resolve technical issues or transactional errors within existing HR and Payroll systems. Testing, Conduct regular updates testing to ensure system functionality. Issue identification, Utilize skills to identify gaps and issues within systems. Workaround solutions, Develop solutions to address identified gaps and issues. Experience and Qualification: You'll bring solid, previous experience in a technical support role, accompanied by tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline A solid background in HRIS / Payroll or Rostering systems Wider knowledge of business process integration with HR and Payroll systems Experience with Chris21 Payroll, RosterOn and SAP Success Factors HR, and LMS programs are a plus This position is perfect for a junior- Mid level individual who's eager to make an impact and embark on a journey of growth within a company.
