Business Analyst

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the CGA Commercial team THE POSITION Provide support in ensuring the business has access to reliable, accurate and timely data that is easily accessible, effectively communicated to a diverse audience across multiple levels of the business Create reports for internal teams that will provide daily/weekly information with accompanying commentary Collaborate with team members to collect and analyse data Identifying data sources and the collection of data and review the integrity of the data. Organising data into usable formats Setting up data infrastructure Developing, implementing, and maintaining databases Assessing quality of data and removing or cleaning data Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns Preparing reports and presentations for executive, project teams and client meetings Creating visualisations of data Identifying and mitigating potential risks Make recommendations on process and systems improvements to streamline and support operations THE PERSON A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience working with and influencing senior decision makers Experience handling and analysing complex, high volume data with excellent attention to detail Presentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex idea in a way that is easy to understand Extensive knowledge and experience of MS Office products, with advance Excel skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams Ability to support site-based personnel on remote mine sites during regular site visits Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills THE BENEFITS Paid parental leave Multiple salary packing options to make your dollar go further Easy access to 100+ retail discounts Opportunity to grow your career and further develop your skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
