Business Analyst

We're seeking a talented Business Analyst within our client's Information and Technology Group, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence. You'll work hand-in-hand with project managers, stakeholders, and the Manager of Business Analysis to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Your responsibilities will span from ideation to delivery, utilising diverse methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. You will spend your days collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and analyse business requirements, crafting robust business cases and supporting project delivery. You will maintain stakeholder engagement and ensuring project alignment with strategic goals.
What's Needed? Certification with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent. Considerable experience in IT Business Analysis within large organisations. Proficiency in agile principles and methodologies. Strong skills in systems modelling, data analysis, and writing clear, testable requirements. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results. Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
