THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY
The Business Analyst contributes to effective financial and operational decision making by developing and maintaining informative and timely reporting models. The role is instrumental in interpreting and communicating business trends and results and supporting forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
Your overall responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Conducting meetings and presentations to gather and share information and findings.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Prioritise initiatives and ensure solutions align with business requirements.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders to produce meaningful reports.Treasury management, including rolling 12-month cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange derivative management.Benchmarking financial and non-financial ratios to our publicly listed competitorsTo be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and qualifications.
Tertiary qualification (e.g. Economics/Business/ Mathematics/Finance or equivalent field)Background in finance and/or relevant certifications in Business Analysis essentialDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modelling with a strong attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interpret reports.Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office, Power BI, internet-based applicationsExperience with SAP desirableDemonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the business.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)The Perks:
