Business Analyst

5:2 roster 3-6 month contract Perth-Based About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Analyst to join our esteemed client's team based in Perth. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 3 to 6 months with potential to extend. Duties and Responsibilities: Recognise, collect, and record requirements Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to devise solutions meeting business demands. Spot opportunities for enhancing processes and streamlining operations. Foster robust relationships with stakeholders. Aid in change management by pinpointing potential impacts of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and staff. Offer training and assistance to end-users.
