A leading bank is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join a team driving high-profile strategic programs within the business banking domain.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and technology, delivering solutions that enhance banking services for commercial clients.
As a key member of the team, you will gather and document requirements, identify business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that align with the bank's strategic goals.
Your expertise in business banking and ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights will be integral to the success of these programs.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with program objectives.Conducting detailed analysis to identify areas of improvement within processes, systems and customer journeys.Developing clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps and functional specifications.Supporting the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and business objectives achieved.Engaging with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations and compliance, to ensure seamless project implementation.Acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging your knowledge of business banking to provide strategic recommendations.Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit requirements and drive consensus.Providing post-implementation support and ensure solutions meet business needs.To succeed in this role, you will offer:
Proven track record as a Business Analyst, with a focus on strategic programs in the business banking sector.Deep understanding of business banking, including lending, credit and cash management processes.Demonstrated experience across deposit/payment/digital channel domains.Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends and create actionable insights.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on delivering value to the business.Familiarity with banking systems, reporting tools and agile delivery methodologies.In return, you will join a forward-thinking organisation where you'll drive strategic programs that enhance customer outcomes in the business banking domain, with opportunities for professional growth, a flexible hybrid working model and a collaborative, innovative team culture.
