We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT Shared Services Platform team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work within the IT Shared Services Platform and be accountable for operating within a project environment to understand, document and improve business processes.
About the opportunity: Reporting to the Application Development Manager, the Business Analyst will be Complying with CSPD project guidelines, identify, analyse, interpret and document business functional and non-functional requirements.
Key accountabilities: Facilitating workshops and actively engage with end user stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirementsPerforming gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions and assisting with remediation activitiesDocumenting existing and inform new business and technology processes using applicable software and notation techniquesContributing to the development of project and test plans to validate future state including overall efficiency, functionality and user friendlinessAssisting with documentation for project members as well as end user documentation such as standard operating procedures and training guidesOther project activity as designated by project or service area leadershipTypical experience and qualifications: 4+ years' experience working as Business AnalystExtensive experience in requirements gathering (functional and non-functional requirements)Strong skills in stakeholder managementAbility to adapt to changing situations and deal with ambiguity and complexityAbility to identify and prioritise business needs, risks, and opportunitiesExcellent attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skillsExperience working with JiraExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with Visio, Lucid Charts or similar toolsExperience working with applications in Sitecore, Power Platform, Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Desirable)Experience or knowledge with various enterprise applications (eg: SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, TechOne, Compass, Canvas) (Desirable)In return: Competitive remunerationSalary packagingParental leaveFlexible work arrangements include a hybrid working modelInterested?
