The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Engage with Product Owners and business SMEs to understand and analyse customer needs and business driversElicit requirements with key stakeholders to ensure that business owners and project team members have a shared understanding of scope and actual needsContribute to the breakdown of complex business problems into epics, features and user stories with meaningful acceptance criteria and other supporting artefactsParticipate in collaboration with the Product Owners to prioritise and shape the product backlog using best practices for prioritisationContribute to collaboration with the project team to develop a feasible and viable solution designIdentify, recommend, and implement improvements and efficiencies across key business systems by analysing the current state and determining the optimal future state.Contribute to the identification of project risks, issues, and dependencies.Essential Experience in managing and negotiating with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholdersAbility to operate in an ambiguous environmentExperience with IT applications and software delivery projectsExperience in managing external and internal stakeholders with the ability to engage, collaborate and influenceIntermediate documentation, planning and organising skillsIntermediate analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skillsIntermediate oral and written communication skillsKnowledge and experience using industry recognised solution delivery methodologies including Agile and WaterfallDesirable Solid experience as a business analystExperience dealing with multiple systems integrationsExperience with designing and implementing processes across multi-functional areasKnowledge of the Fleet Management Industry and/or Financial ServicesKnowledge and experience in Agile process management tools (eg.
