Business Analyst

Role Title: Business Analyst | Transformation & Operating Model Duration: Initial 6 month engagement Location: Sydney We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in transformation and operating models. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic impact and change within the organisation. Key Accountabilities: Collaborate with the Program Director and key stakeholders to conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and strategic analysesDrive change management efforts by identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutionsAnalyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisationDevelop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and operating proceduresAct as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutionsProvide business-focused insights and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organisationEssential Experience: Proven experience working on enterprise level operating model transformation programsExperience working with multidisciplinary teams in geographically dispersed locationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership teamsSolid understanding of operating models, change management principles, and project management methodologiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyCertifications in Scaled Agile and Lean Six Sigma are highly advantagous If you feel this opportunity matches your skills and previous experiences, please apply with your CV.
