Recruitment Consultant/Candidate Experience at Interface AgencyJob Description About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead the delivery of a strategic company-wide Objective and Key Result (OKR) initiative aimed at significantly enhancing our clients data quality across the APAC region. This role can either be in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney.
This position sits within the AI team and focuses on business analysis activities for the Ad Gap OKR initiatives. Success in this role will require strong collaboration skills, especially in contexts where ownership is shared or unclear, and coordination across multiple teams, including Data Services and CRM. The role also involves close engagement with key senior stakeholders and presenting to all levels.

About the Team The AI team operates in collaborative squads comprising product managers, data scientists, and engineers. These squads deliver and maintain end-to-end services across the organisation by leveraging unique data assets and market insights.
You will be part of the team which manages the delivery of our clients strategic projects. The team currently includes a Program Manager and a Business Analyst, with the squads driving solution delivery.
Key Accountabilities As the Business Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Program Management and Delivery Define and align program deliverables, milestones, and delivery roadmaps across all project teams.Identify and manage dependencies and trade-offs affecting program delivery for the Data Services and other teams.Monitor and evaluate program progress, promptly identifying and communicating any variations.Facilitate resolutions for trade-offs, sequencing decisions, and delivery challenges.Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues. Escalate any risks as necessary to stakeholders.Analysis and Documentation Collaborate with teams and architects to define problem statements, document requirements, and evaluate solutions.Ensure clear deliverables for individual teams and support decision-making by framing problems, conducting analyses, and recommending solutions.Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting Provide regular updates on program outcomes, progress, risks, and trade-offs to the Leadership Team and other key stakeholder groups.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with delivery teams, product partner teams, and commercial teams.Collaboration and Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to the Program Manager and the Head of Product, Pricing and Performance.What You'll Bring Experience in delivering complex projects within data-driven and cross-functional environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of enabling effective decision-making.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.Ability to thrive in ambiguous and collaborative environments, managing competing priorities and dependencies effectively.Seniority levelMid-Senior level
