The RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of IT systems and tools across the organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will analyse business needs, design solutions, and support the implementation of technology to drive efficiency and productivity. This part-time casual role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities Systems Support and MaintenanceOversee onboarding, offboarding, and tool setup for staff.Address system performance issues and manage integrations and automation.Ensure system documentation is up to date and user-friendly.Test and provide feedback on new technology and platforms.Project SupportSupport data accuracy and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements and processes.Manage change implementation and mitigate project risks.Track project progress and provide performance reports.Data and Systems AnalysisAnalyse requests, prioritise tasks, and prepare functional specifications.Perform systems testing and troubleshoot issues.Develop test plans and assess potential system partners.What We're Looking For Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Commerce.Experience in recruitment or professional services is advantageous.Familiarity with systems like Office 365, Power BI, SQL Server, and Hubspot.Skills and AttributesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage system integrations and optimise performance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive and results-driven with strong organisational abilities.Why Join Us?Six Degrees offers a dynamic workplace that values people first.
