The Digital Transformation Program will establish new digital experiences, foundational capabilities and strategic enablers.
The Competitive Play program of work has several initiatives that are in development for the next 6-12 months such as Understanding the Tennis Australia Open Data Standards, Onboarding new match providers for the ranking/rating of Australian players, Competitive Play Portal Upgrading/Enhancement, Color Ball Ratings, Coach Registration, Expansion Plan, Pickle Ball, Padel & POP.

About the roleWe seek an experienced business analyst to analyse and understand the new initiatives to develop and maintain User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and map the 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes.
Experience in data field mapping is also required.
The role will work collaboratively with the Product Owner, driving the backlog refinement process and ensuring all user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are maintained and updated.
In this role, you will:Business:Establish strong working relationships with various business areas to understand their objectives and needs.Ability to align business requirements with Tennis Australia's vision and priorities.Assist in the creation of business cases as needed.Participate in discovery activities to ensure we understand and are solving the right problem.Liaise with stakeholders as necessary to discuss and clarify details and requirements that need to be met for solution.Process and Thought Leadership:Proactively and as part of the strategic direction, identify opportunities to improve business and technical processes.Provide a positive contribution to the constant evolution of Business Analysis within the business.Delivery Framework:Development of all appropriate and necessary documentation based on business needs (business cases, process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria).Manage, advise, and negotiate changes to requirements as part of a structured and consistent business approach.Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder gathering sessions, and various agile ceremonies as required (e.g., refinement sessions).Be an active participant in agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, retro, stand-ups, and showcases.Project Management:Provide project management support on the development items assigned by the Lead Business Analyst.
About youWhat you will bring to the role:
