Business Analyst

We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education.Responsibilities:Act as an interface between the project team and business stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal application performance.Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts/customer to establish the technical vision.Elicit requirements from the customers/onsite counterparts to define and document business processes.Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.Manage the integration of different components or modules in the scope level.Prepare high level concepts and work closely with design/development team to build prototypes and POCs.Competencies:Related experience in sizeable digital transformation projects.Expertise in capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements in line with the key strategic principles.Solid understanding of agile/scrum methodology.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree; MBA would be an added advantage.
