Business Analyst

E2E project Excellence is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for delivering high-impact results in a global setting. This is a contract role offering an attractive rate, working on transformative programs with a renowned ASX-listed client.

What We're Looking For (selection criteria): Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in consulting on large-scale business transformation, technology, and process programs. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in transformation projects within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals industry in global organisations across diverse markets is essential. Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar industries is also highly regarded. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certifications or a deep knowledge of business analysis frameworks are highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and positively influence business outcomes. Analytical Ability: Skilled in analysing complex scenarios and delivering clear, effective responses to sensitive issues. Change Management: Able to navigate multiple changes across business segments and regions, managing dependencies and ensuring project deliverables are met.
