The Company Looking for a BA to support a major payroll system implementation program.

The Role We are seeking a Business Analyst on a 6 month initial contract where you'll be pivotal in working on a major payroll system implementation.
This role involves gathering, analysing, and validating business requirements.
Prior experience with UKG Dimensions OR more generally having technical expertise across payroll systems / projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Engage with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to capture, analyse, and document comprehensive business requirements related to payroll and time & attendance systems.
Payroll system Implementation : Lead or support the configuration and implementation of UKG Dimensions, ensuring the system is customized to meet business requirements Process Mapping & Gap Analysis : Map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Award Interpretation & Compliance : Analyze complex award structures and ensure accurate setup within the payroll system to meet compliance requirements.
Solution Design & Specification : Collaborate with technical teams to define solution specifications, ensuring the design aligns with both business needs and technical constraints.
Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Skills & Experience Required: Core BA skillset: requirements gathering, process mapping and being able to deliver core BA deliverables as part of project Team Experience / technical knowledge of payroll systems… preferably within UKG Dimensions Good stakeholder engagament skills and ability to deliver as a BA in complex environments Please note, we can only contact those successfully shortlisted at this time.
