Client is a key name in the FMCG space.The RoleWe are seeking a Business Analyst on a 6 month initial contract where you'll be pivotal in working on a major payroll system implementation.
This role involves gathering, analysing, and validating business requirements.
Prior experience with UKG Dimensions OR more generally having technical expertise across payroll systems / projects is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Engage with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to capture, analyse, and document comprehensive business requirements related to payroll and time & attendance systems.Payroll system Implementation: Lead or support the configuration and implementation of UKG Dimensions, ensuring the system is customized to meet business requirementsProcess Mapping & Gap Analysis: Map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Award Interpretation & Compliance: Analyze complex award structures and ensure accurate setup within the payroll system to meet compliance requirements.Solution Design & Specification: Collaborate with technical teams to define solution specifications, ensuring the design aligns with both business needs and technical constraints.Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives.Skills & Experience Required:Core BA skillset: requirements gathering, process mapping and being able to deliver core BA deliverables as part of project TeamExperience / technical knowledge of payroll systems preferably within UKG DimensionsGood stakeholder engagament skills and ability to deliver as a BA in complex environmentsPlease note, we can only contact those successfully shortlisted at this time.
