The Role Reporting to the Manager-Business Analytics, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high functioning and motivated team in Melbourne.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with a team of analysts and SME's under an agile methodology, to deliver projects and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities Development, capture and rationalisation of business requirements Design and document business process workflows, change impact assessments and develop training material Participate in, or facilitate stakeholder needs analysis workshops Performing Business Readiness analysis before project implementations Ad hoc reporting/analysis Power Platform Development Agile Methodology and Backlog Management Skills and experience Extensive Business Analysis experience in complex projects Proficiency in data migration and analysis tools Maximo and/or D365 F&O experience, highly desirable Agile methodology expertise Strong stakeholder management and influence Advanced Excel skills and power query competent SQL/DAX/MDX experience is highly advantageous Outstanding time management and attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written communication Employee Benefits Competitive Salary Package Potential for contract extension An Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a tailored wellbeing initiative
