Develop user stories, process flow diagrams, and use cases to guide development efforts.
Analyze existing reinsurance business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations across underwriting, claims, and accounting processes.
Serve as the key liaison between business teams, IT, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support the design, testing, and deployment of reinsurance platforms or system upgrades.
Coordinate with technical teams to validate the functionality and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and user training.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate data flow for reinsurance operations.
Assist in building dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and trends.

Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems and tools such as SAP FS-RI, SICS, or other insurance core platforms.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
