Our vision is to connect the world to better healthcare.Position Overview: As a Business Analyst at OET, you will document our business workflows, conduct gap analyses, and make recommendations to Senior Leadership. You will collaborate across departments to gather business requirements for new initiatives and work closely with the Innovation and Technology team to ensure that systems and technologies align with our transformation strategy.Key Responsibilities:Map and document OET's end-to-end business processes.Identify gaps between business requirements and system functionalities, recommending adjustments.Conduct process and gap analysis to identify where system enhancements or process changes are needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.Provide feedback and recommendations on system developments and process automation to achieve operational efficiency.Ensure that regulatory requirements and Australian privacy policies are considered in system design.Support the successful rollout of projects, working closely with vendors and internal teams.Skills required:6+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally with exposure to digital transformation projects.Proven experience in gap analysis and process mapping, with the ability to identify key areas for system improvements.Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate workshops.Analytical mindset with experience delivering solutions in people, process, and technology change initiatives.Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring visibility and alignment with business objectives.Qualifications:A degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in IT and gap analysis projects at a senior level is highly desirable.To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, or unrestricted work rights.
