About the roleReporting to our Business Analyst Practice Lead, you will provide strategic and tactical business analysis in the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to support strategic projects across CPA Australia. You will collaborate with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to gather, analyse, review and document stakeholder requirements, through a variety of means including facilitation of workshops. Working closely with internal business, technology teams and external vendors, you will be critical in supporting correct interpretation and delivery of user requirements; producing and validating business process maps (BPMs), performing analysis to understand the 'status quo'; understanding the 'future state'; validation of requirements and change management; documentation; addressing process and project issues; managing risks and liaising closely and consistently with stakeholders to deliver the desired outcomes.
