Reporting to and working closely with the Program Manager- Strategic Transformation, the emphasis in this new, challenging end- to- end process design, project delivery, training and support role is to partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to meet the organisation's strategic objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
The key responsibilities include:
Business Analysis & Project Design
Engaging proactively with business partners to analyse and map business requirements and the development of comprehensive business requirement/functional design documents. Development of business cases based on your analysis of requirements from coordinating/facilitating workshops with system/process owners and users ensuring their feedback is incorporated into project plans.Utilising your business intelligence experience, insight and skills to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations/processes.Project Delivery
Proactively and with substantial autonomy, assist the Program Manager in the delivery of a range of transformation projects as part of a multi-year program related to modernising information technology systems, asset management/maintenance, operations, customer service and finance. Support technical and business resources during configuration, build, test and deployment phases of projects. Communicate project progress status, flag issues and assist in resolving roadblocks to progress.Assist with planning, coordinating/facilitating information sharing & skills training workshops with internal stakeholders in respect to the utilisation of new/upgraded systems to ensure a seamless changeover is achieved. To secure this key role, you will require a tertiary degree in business administration, business information systems/technology or equivalent relevant experience. Evidence of further study in business analysis will be well regarded. Your qualifications will underpin sound experience in end-to-end business analysis, process design, project delivery, configuration, testing and post implementation support activities ideally related to IT infrastructure, security, software applications including onsite, cloud and Saas. Experience with the design/delivery of ERP systems is advantageous. You must be able to work independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability and the motivation and patience to assist and support stakeholders to embrace, engage and adopt new processes and systems through what will be a long program of work.
