Business Analyst

Our client is embarking on a significant transformation project to enhance its current systems and streamline its operations, and a promising role for a Business Analyst has opened up. The Business Analyst will play a key part in driving this large-scale transformation, helping to shape their technical landscape for years to come.

This opportunity is a day rate contract opportunity and will require the person to be onsite 2-3 days in their city fringe based office.

Key experience and responsibilities include: Business Analysis experience within a Salesforce cloud environment is a must.Any experience with Salesforce Education Cloud would be highly desired.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Ability to facilitate workshops that encourage collaboration, uncover insights, and drive actionable decisions.Develop key project deliverables, including user stories, process flows, and system requirements.Any proven experience in data synchronization, migration, or integration projects would be desirable.Prepare critical documentation, including user stories, interface specifications, business rules, and service transition plans.Join a dynamic team and be part of a forward-looking project that will have a lasting impact on their operations and services.
