This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external clients to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant transition solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of custody operations, and experience with complex transitions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage custody transition projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transitions.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows related to custody operations and transitions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, technology, and client services, to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transition process.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to track and communicate progress.
Support the testing and validation of custody transition solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of custody transition activities.
Monitor market and regulatory changes that may impact custody transitions and adjust processes accordingly.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst, with a focus on custody transition and financial services.
Strong understanding of custody operations, investment products, and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
