About the OpportunityAPS6 Business Analyst, approx 6-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. The role is based in Richmond or Geelong and some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.

About the RoleThe Service Design Division works on process, platform, and practice solutions to address Agency priorities. The division embeds co-design and a stakeholder-view of change into our ways of working, ensuring that our designs represent the greatest value to different audiences. In line with the Participant Service Charter principles, the division drives transparency into Agency decision-making through the consistency of the processes we design, the written guidance and communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduce reports, interpret data, and analyse results using standard statistical methods.
Coordinate divisional and branch reporting to monitor performance and track improvements.
Develop business requirements aligned with contractual, legislative, and policy frameworks.
Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholders on efficiency and performance for optimising customer experience.
Design and deliver workshops and resources, and establish governance and compliance systems to track performance and resolve issues.
