The opportunity The Business Analyst will work closely with the Transition Lead, Digital Innovation Support Services, Operations teams and technical stakeholders in identifying system and process improvements to inform a road map for Digital Innovation across Operational functions. Improvements will be prioritized in close consultation with the business, targeting high impact and efficient outcomes. Taking on a proactive role in helping shape a project from inception through to completion, the Business Analyst will work closely with architects, developers and testers in ensuring that the delivered solution meets business needs.
The Business Analyst will also become an expert in the business domain in which they operates and will provide consultative advice to stakeholders as required. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Transition Lead, Digital Innovation – Support Services, in the completion of project tasks and deliverables that relate to business analysis, e.g. analysis planning and estimates. The Business Analyst will also be a key contributor to the BA Practice and play an active role in sharing knowledge and skills with other Business Analysts.
