About the Role As a Business Analyst in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to elicit business and data requirements from across the business by translating and validating complex stakeholder requirements into concrete technical specifications that will be met by the Climate Risk Platform.

What will your day look like?
As a Business Analyst, you are accountable for:
Eliciting business and data requirements for prioritised work in Climate Risk Platform
Unpacking and supporting process map development for business operations
Define the key features for prototypes and design requirements for subsequent content UX & UI design
Assisting with forums and working group administration, reporting and flow of information to leadership team members
Lead and conduct testing of prototypes with users and stakeholders
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated Business Analysis and problem solving skills across a broad range of projects Strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to build relationships Strong communication skills and ability to translate information in a technical/data driven space. Project Management and planning skills, Experience in change management
