The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in Commercial Division's data management capability and the division's adherence to, and its uplift of, Enterprise Data Governance Framework via adoption of the Non-Finance Risk framework. The Business Analyst will understand and interrogate Commercial data, processes and systems, and drive data enabled processes, decisions and initiatives, and to manage the division's risks associated with data access, storage, movement, and usage. The Business Analyst is accountable for: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and systems, and their data risk implications and the management of. Collaborate with Data Management teams to interrogate and derive insights from data using a variety of tools and techniques. Design, develop and implement innovative solutions for data management and associated risk management. Plan and deliver change, communications, learning and engagement activities. Identify and communicate delivery risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage to resolution. To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Demonstrated experience working with data. Ability to investigate and interrogate business stakeholders, their processes and systems, and their data management frameworks implications relating to data access, storage, movement and usage. Ability to deliver end to end solutions for data management initiatives. Ability to thrive in an evolving and developing environment. Ability to collaborate across multiple geographies to achieve business outcomes. A team player. Able to work autonomously and own deliverables end-to-end. Understanding of the Commercial businesses, systems and processes. Specifically, Commercial data creation and generation, storage, movement and consumption across the end to end customer journey. Understanding of the Enterprise Data Governance Framework and Non-Financial Risk Data Risk theme. Demonstrated experience in data management and data governance.
