The Role This role is responsible for providing business analysis, project management support, and stakeholder liaison to deliver to our digital program of work.
They contribute to the program to ensure it meets set objectives, is delivered on time, within agreed budgets, and to the satisfaction of the business.
Key responsibilities include: Provide business analysis, process mapping, and support to the digital program.Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements.Identify options for business cases to assist with informed decision making.Help facilitate workshops, lead, and coordinate the consultation with relevant technical specialists including vendors.Prepare clear detailed and high-level written reports and correspondence on issues and technical matters.Support Project and Program Managers throughout the vendor selection procurement process.What we're looking for We're looking for someone who can work with a wide range of stakeholders across different business units, that have competing priorities and scarce resources to contribute to Digital projects.
Extensive business analysis experience in a technical domain and knowledge of contemporary business processes.Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary, multi-partner environments, with a focus on risk in large-scale contracts.Knowledge of program and project management principles and demonstrated experience overseeing programs and projects in water utility businesses.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Why TasWater Across our multi-disciplinary organisation, we are serious about enhancing the skills and careers of our team members. The Details This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport. This role attracts a total remuneration package between $98,000 - $109,000 including superannuation.
