Job Description A functional business analyst is required to translate business needs into technical requirements.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
Create and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Participate in project planning and management.
Identify and recommend potential solutions to business problems.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Provide support to team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: Understand the role of a Business Analyst Ability to interact with stakeholders.
If you have worked in a similar role within the not-for-profit industry in the past, this is preferable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
