You will leverage your expertise and data analysis skills to examine debtor behaviours, instalment plan data, and DMC call statistics.
This analysis will enable you to identify innovative business improvement opportunities aimed at enhancing the client experience and reducing the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) debt pool.
