An opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a full-time Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Ideally, you will be available to start with us in early October.
Reporting to our Project Management Project Lead, the position will be responsible for supporting IAC projects by defining business problems through in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information, creating detailed requirements for a solution, and supporting project activities to ensure the solution meets business requirements. The position will be based at our National Support Office in Bundall on the Gold Coast. Consideration for flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote model may be considered for the right candidate.

The role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly.
Responsibilities: Gather, validate, and document business requirements.Understand and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and support the business with business process documentation.Create detailed system documentation, functional specifications for solutions, and required project reporting.Create artifacts for and support project teams through all phases of the testing and piloting phases of a project.Analyse business operations to identify areas of improvement.Configure systems as required by project activities.Work with business areas to transition system management from project to BAU.Chair project meetings as required including standups, retrospectives, and elaborations.About You: Demonstrated experience working in Agile projects.The ability to prioritise requirements and scope as well as the ability to think critically and assess the viability of solutions.Ability to undertake data analysis and apply critical thinking to business problems.Experience in leading workshops to document existing and re-envisage business processes to support projects involving application implementation and/or business process change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ideally a tertiary education in IT/Business or equivalent education/experience.Demonstrated capacity to quickly understand new business systems in the context of configuration to meet business requirements, identifying systems limitations, and documenting related business processes or integration points with other systems.As part of being an Infinite Aged Care employee, you will be required to complete pre-employment checks which will include a National Police Check.
