Operating throughout operate throughout Australia and Asia with headquarters in Melbourne and their technology teams on the Coast.About The RoleThe role of the Business Analyst – HR Systems will be to work with the business (HR, Recruitment and People and Culture) to ascertain their requirements and relate them into terms for the technical and implementation teams to deliver.Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders within the business to ensure the business objectives are deliveredProcess mapping against system requirements to develop future processesUnderstanding and translating business problems and opportunities into business casesAssist the project teams with the development of relevant recommendationsOversee UAT Testing   Skills and Experience   Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysisProven experience in details Process Mapping As-Is and To-Be using BPMNThe ability to develop requirements and functional specification documentsExcellent stakeholder management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and experience of HR systems and an understanding of the HR business process is advantageous How to ApplyIf this is you, please apply below with your up-to-date CV (in Word format).
