About the role: Preparing consistent, accurate and timely reports on performance, trends, and workload management, interpreting data for operational information and reporting.Responding to data requests and working to agreed timeframes.Developing and enhancing automated dashboard reporting to streamline work allocations and operational reporting across the branch.Contributing to the introduction and maintenance of a new Access database system.Identifying effective management of risks and forecasting which may impact the service delivery network and scheme sustainability.Supporting continuous improvement projects, mapping current processes and engaging with business areas to identify efficiencies.Supporting business areas to document and refine operating procedures and processes.About you: You will have experience in data visualisation tools.You will have experience in analysing and designing reports to facilitate data-enabled decision making.You will have experience using technical expertise to develop and enhance dashboard reporting.You will have the ability to competently use IT systems such as Power BI, PACE, and Microsoft Excel.You will have the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Benefits: January 2025 start (pending Federal Police Clearance)Assignment end date: 31st December 2025 with potential extensionFull-time hours Monday to FridayGeelong, Melbourne, or Parramatta Locations + hybrid working from home options.$43.82 per hour + SuperHow to apply: Chandler Macleod is an equal opportunity employer as part of our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
