You will be part of the Epworth Geelong management team and report to the Finance Manager.You will make an impact by:Providing high quality and responsive financial and analysis support to the Executive team and internal business customers, largely the clinical management teamManaging and delivering the month end financial reporting processCreating the annual Hospital budget in conjunction with the Executive team and ManagersAnalysing and advising on Revenue generation and improvement opportunities, and efficiency improvement opportunitiesSupporting the Epworth Group wide finance function, including projects on behalf of all Epworth hospitalsTo be successful in this role...You will be technically proficient but will enjoy engaging with clinical and management professionals when applying your financial and analytical acumen in a way that helps them achieve the Organisation's operational and financial goals.You will have:Bachelor Degree or Higher in Accounting/Commerce, or other analytical discipline, with CA or CPA desirableAbility to work independently, and to set and achieve goals and objectivesDemonstrated history of identifying and helping deliver operational improvementsStrong interpersonal and relationship skills to complement your technical skillAspiration to build your Healthcare industry knowledge and progress your careerAdditional InformationAt Epworth, it's a community.
