You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, document business needs, and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.About the role:Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.Solution Design and Documentation: Design innovative solutions that address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Create detailed functional specifications, including system workflows, data models, and interface designs.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to project teams and sponsors.Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Assist with basic stakeholder timeline management.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.About you:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on enterprise-level projects in medium to large scale organisations across different industry verticals.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Adept at all facets of requirements management and polished presentation skills to be able to deliver a showcase with confidence and positivity.Proven ability to lead workshops and work directly with stakeholders as a part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide leadership in your area of expertise.Previous experience working in constantly changing and dynamic environments with the ability to pivot or manage pieces of work in parallel if needed.Why join Telstra Health:We believe that flexibility is not a 'perk', it's how we have always worked!
