As the Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Campus Renewal projects.
These initiatives aim to transform CIT into a cutting-edge, future-ready institution with modern digital campuses and facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyse and model current and future business processes and information management environments.Develop new processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), IT requirements, HR changes, and as-is/to-be process flows.Define business problems and primary objectives for projects and work packages, including identifying and validating key business requirements.Analyse client requirements and collaborate with technical specialists and business SMEs to create fit-for-purpose solutions to business problems.Coordinate requirement walk-throughs and sign-offs, verifying that process models and user artefacts accurately represent stakeholder needs.Estimate resource effort and costs for business analysis activities, discovery, and design phases of programs.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Advanced knowledge of business analysis, with the ability to question and understand integration issues and make rational judgments based on available information.Proven experience developing Business Requirements Specifications, Business Cases, and Functional and Non-Functional Specifications.Practical experience in analysing and modelling data, business processes, user pathways, and information flows.Demonstrated ability to deliver work quickly while engaging effectively with stakeholders.If this sounds like you, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
