Job Description As a Business Analyst , you'll be essential in ensuring our systems align with business needs, especially in compliance-driven, high-security environments.
You'll investigate processes, gather requirements, and provide actionable insights to optimise applications for operational impact.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll define system functionality and integration strategies that uphold strict governance and data security standards.
This is a unique opportunity to shape high-visibility projects where your analytical skills will directly drive meaningful improvements.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in high-compliance or secure environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Prior experience working on projects within Federal Government settings or similarly regulated environments.
Demonstrated understanding of system functionality, integration, and optimisation.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, including process mapping and workflow analysis.
Familiarity with cyber security and data frameworks in government projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
