About the role Our Government client is seeking a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals with expertise in enterprise-grade technology solutions, integration architectures, and system operation to compliment teams of capable resources. This is with the aim to build strategy, establish architectures and operations and manage delivery capabilities in line with the clients strategic outcomes.They have embarked on a pivotal journey towards digital transformation by developing robust platforms and best practices for enterprise integration of systems, both internally and externally facing.We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify and document business requirements for API portal onboarding, support, and development, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and enhancing documentation processes. This role is based on-site in Canberra and requires a minimum Baseline clearance.About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Support the delivery of an information security framework focused on digital services.Work with business and technical teams to capture requirements, establish agile artefacts such as user journeys and creating artefacts to support user engagement and navigation through to serviceRequirements:Minimum Baseline security clearance.A background in Federal Government highly desirable.Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.Experience in working in digital transformation and supporting or driving people and communications change activities for internal and external users/stakeholders.Experience in the creation of measurable outcomes and mapping of benefits Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team in a high-paced, delivery focused environment.
