State/Province Australian Capital Territory Country Australia Job Description 12 months c ontract with furtherperiod of 12 Months Location: ACT, Offsite Must have Negative Vetting Level1 About the Role: SoftLabs is seeking Business Analyst forICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra.
Responsibilities: Interpret the needs articulated by adiverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders while working witharchitects and developers to devise solutions that satisfy the stakeholderneeds. Manage day-to-day Agile activities usingDefence desktop environment and associated applications. Lead the development of business processmodelling for a diverse and complex set of business areas. Take responsibility for concisely andaccurately documenting the requirements of business, ensuring they areunambiguous and measurable/testable. Manage Stakeholder expectations, influenceconflict resolution and prepare periodic reports and presentations to informthe stakeholder and improve stakeholder relations. Provide input into datacapture required to enhance business intelligence reporting. Capture requirements in the system ofchoice used by the delivery team and produce/update varying project artefactsrelevant to the project. End to end delivery of software solutionsin COTS or BESPOKE projects. Eliciting business and technicalrequirements, conducting impact analysis and prioritisation. Transforming user requirements into userstories with comprehensive user acceptance criteria to inform building, testingand tracking of build items. Managing stakeholders, facilitatingpresentation and product demonstrations for stakeholder feedback. Delivering in an Agile environment withexamples of participation and facilitation of Agile events with experienceutilising tools like Azure DevOps or its equivalent. Producing documents as a Business Analystand its purpose during various project stages. Application Deadline: Monday, 29 January 2024
