An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to contribute to the enhancement of physical security systems for our client in Government.
The initial contract will run until end of June, with the potential for extension as the project progresses over the next 24 months.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the requirements gathering process, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.Capture and analyse 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process models using approved methods and tools.Drive the procurement process, from the preparation of key documentation to vendor selection.Develop detailed business cases to support decision-making.Conduct market analysis to identify potential solutions and vendors.Prepare procurement and evaluation plans, ensuring that the process is compliant and transparent.Coordinate and facilitate vendor presentations, responses, and evaluations.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments.Support with project plans and documentations.Work with a Project Manager to deliver key milestones on time and within scope.Essential Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis with experience in working on projects involving physical security and electronic security systems (security cameras, alarms, swipe cards, access control etc.
).Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to develop detailed business cases, procurement plans, and evaluation strategies.Experience within Government or healthcare sector is highly regarded but not essentialThank you for your interest.
