Our client, a global mining company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their expanding team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a site-wide project.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple sites and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Risk Owners, Vehicle Coordinators, Safety Managers, Equipment Engineers, and site-specific personnel.Workshop Facilitation: Conduct effective workshops and facilitate assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks and issues.Risk and Issue Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk and issue register, tracking progress and implementing mitigation strategies.Process and Role Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear processes and roles, ensuring alignment and consensus.Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise from project roll-out, leveraging knowledge from the Change Manager where necessary.Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a seasoned Business Analyst, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and process improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Candidates with prior experience in the mining industry are strongly preferred.While experience with vehicle management systems or vehicle monitoring software systems is not a prerequisite, it would be considered advantageous.
