We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our People, Safety and Sustainability team on temporary full-time basis until 30/06/2025 based in Brisbane. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for: Generating reports from corporate systems, analysing data and identifying trends and anomalies, and defining recommendations to support business decision making.Leading a stream of work to model, report and support delivery of effective solutions across multiple improvement projects.Working with stakeholders across the business to define people and process improvement options.Identifying improvement opportunities in data management and reporting.Suggesting recommendations to meet future state data and reporting requirements in consultation with business users and managers. The ideal candidate will have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience gathering and documenting high level and detailed business requirements, and documenting business rules across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.Ability to manage conflicting priorities to achieve results.
