A client in Financial Services based in Brisbane requires a Business Analyst to join their close knit team.
You will bring your working knowledge of the financial services industry, providing data and process analysis to support the design and maintenance of their finance systems.

Your responsibilities: Review existing process and system and identify improvements, providing recommendations for business process re-design and solutions.
Develop and document discussion papers, business case and business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather inputs and analyse requirements.
Collate and analyse data, providing finance reports as well as recommendations based on findings.
Develop conceptual design and functional specifications.
Identify and manage risks.
Support implementation activities, monitoring and measuring change.
Ensuring data, system and processes are compliant with financial regulation standards.
Contribute to automation and improvement of BI processes Assist the sales teams by providing them with system/process insights.
Essential Requirements Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with finance systems experience, experiences with consultancies welcome Experience with digital systems in financial services industry is preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis and providing findings in reports or presentations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools Excellent interpersonal communication skills Thank you for your interest.
