About the role:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the digital transformation by using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to streamline the ICT environment and align technology with business goals.
They will work with different departments to understand their needs, improve processes, and deliver important self-service solutions that boost innovation, increase efficiency, and ensure smooth operations.
Required skills and competencies:
Business Analysis: Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes and translating needs into functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics.Stakeholder Management: Experienced in engaging stakeholders and managing expectations through effective communication.Requirements Elicitation: Skilled in conducting interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements.Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics architecture and capabilities, with expertise in configuration and integration.Data Analysis and Reporting: Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and report creation using Dynamics tools.Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for optimization and automation within Dynamics to enhance efficiency.Testing and Validation: Involved in writing test cases and conducting UAT to ensure quality in Dynamics implementations.Change Management: Facilitates training and support for end-users during Dynamics adoption, including developing training materials.Project Management Support: Assists in project planning and tracking, collaborating to meet timelines and deliverables.Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written skills for effective documentation and teamwork across functions.Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing business challenges with effective solutions within Dynamics.Technical Aptitude: Familiar with data migration, integration, and liaising with IT on technical Dynamics issues.
