Sitting in the Application Delivery Team, and working across two programs, these are outstanding opportunities you won't want to miss.Your new roleAs the Business Analyst, your role is integral to our client's Solution Architect Design Practice to support projects to achieve organisational outcomes efficiently, consistently and in a standardised manner.
Multiple opportunities currently exist across the Platform and Non-Platform streams of work, with core duties including:Strategy Analysis: current state analysis and definition, and future state definition; process modelling and analysis; data modelling and analysis; gap analysis and issues/opportunities; definition and prioritisation of business outcomes; identification of milestones, work packages, and development of a roadmap for change strategyRequirements Analysis and Design Definition: Business requirements; functional requirements specification/use cases; user stories and acceptance criteria; stakeholder requirements; transition requirements; advisory or participation in vendor/product evaluation as part of procurement exercisesSupport other practices, including Change Managers in business transition and business impacts, Procurement, Solution Design and Architecture, and Testing ServicesWhat you'll need to succeedYou'll be an experienced Business Analyst, with demonstrated work experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
You'll possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and consult with stakeholders, as well as superior written communication skills (with demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality business analysis artefacts for both business and technical audiences).
You'll also be an analytical thinker, with the ability to apply your expert BA knowledge and experience to the areas of process analysis, data analysis, cost benefits analysis and business systems analysis, in order to identify opportunities for improved services and creative solutions.What you'll get in returnYou'll be offered an initial 12-month contract, with a good chance for extension, in one of Brisbane's most desirable enterprise employers.
