As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers in delivering stabilisation and optimisation activities.
Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised in identifying issues, risks, benefits of proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
You will also be responsible for drafting Business Cases, funding submissions, executive briefing notes and Program Board submissions.
Your ability to comprehend business requirements through data collection and evaluation will be key in this role.
Furthermore, your expertise in process improvement will be essential in supporting business transition, identifying inefficiencies in current processes and facilitating process redesign workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support for Project Managers to deliver stabilisation and optimisation activitiesIdentify issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and outline business impactsWork with Project Managers to draft Business Cases, funding submissions, executive briefing notes and Program Board submissionsCollect and evaluate data to comprehend business requirements and proceduresSupport business transition and help establish changeAnalyse current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancementFacilitate process redesign workshops with stakeholders as needed to develop optimised workflowsMonitor the implementation of new processes and evaluate their effectiveness
